The silver screen experience, part 3
The Cinemalaya Philippine Independent Film Festival and the Cinema One Originals Digital Film Festival are two major film events being held in the country annually that showcase the latest, if not the best, in Filipino independent filmmaking. In 2014, both of these festivals celebrated their 10th year in the festival circuit. Rather than giving out what I consider to be the best films in the festivals (as this is being done by the others already), let me share my favorites instead.
